Chery to make European debut in Frankfurt Motor Show

Chinese car maker Chery is to enter the European market for the very first time, with an all-new SUV set to be revealed at the Frankfurt Motor Show on 12 September.

Chery which is owned by the Chinese government says the car will offer “an all-new high quality platform designed as part of long-term strategy”, with potential hybrid and EV drivetrains also in the works.

Here are some teaser images of the SUV and we can see a Lexus like wide grille up front, flanked by two Mazda like small headlights.

The interior dashboard image shows a Nissan like center console with a high quality finish presentation.

Chery’s factories have the capacity capable to produce over one million cars per year, so itsb European expansion can easily be done.
