I will be the first to admit my personal taste in classics slants towards the British classic cars. I am biased towards cars that have an easy availability of parts and are from English speaking countries? just in case I need to order that rare component or part, I can just pick up a telephone or email for a part from the mother country of the car. This is particularly easy with the British cars even if you are shopping for parts in Australia. It was with some trepidation that I went over to see this Volkswagen, thinking I was going to find a car that had been modified to ' accommodate' the parts found locally or canna-balised from other VWs. As the pictures clearly show, this yellow beauty is built to great detail and with period accessories to boot!
