BFGoodrich Motorkhana

The Sepang Circuit has long been the venue for exciting racing events but a few weekends ago it (or rather, the parking area) became a motorkhana circuit, for two hundred and fifty drivers from Malaysia and Singapore to pit their driving skills against one another.

The wide-open parking area was littered with bright orange cones, which lined the test area for drivers. It involves two tests, one solo run and a head to head "race" against the clock. There were plenty of Subaru Impreza WRXs, Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIIIs and Toyota Celicas to provide the thrills and action alongside more mundane cars such as Proton Putras, Mazda MX5s and a Proton Satria GTi.
