I was once asked if the people in Sarawak was still living up on trees and hunt for food using spears and blowpipes. Guess it’s fair if we refer to the indigenous people who still live off the forest. Utter shame if we think of all of Sarawak live on trees.
Anyway, my first meeting with Sarawak-born Shirley was a pleasant one. I had a long day previously and was not really looking forward to waking up early in the morning to meet her for breakfast. I dragged myself out of bed and waited for her at the hotel lobby where she is staying. Fifteen minutes had passed before she appeared.
