Nissan enthusiasts are serious people. They are serious because A) their cars aren't cheap; B) mods for their cars aren't cheap; and C) it takes a lot more effort than an average driver on an afternoon green tea and sushi to pilot one well. Serious enthusiasts hold serious meets & this gathering, organized by Tan Chong and Sons, is just such seriousness at play. The objective was to gather a loyal and strong following of Nissan cars owners under one roof to meet with the JGTC Nismo drivers and babes!
Tan Chong's Jalan Kemajuan showroom was decked out in Nismo livery and the JGTC car of course and the main road in front was packed on a Sunday afternoon with Nissan performance machines like the Silvia, 180SX, 200SX, Gazelle and a 350Z. Up on the corporate car park were 3 generations of Godzillas starting with the Skyline RB32, RB33 and ending with the recent RB34. A turnout of over 100 Nissans of all shapes and sizes. This was some serious meet!
